We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-perishable items. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Fresh produce and perishables cannot be returned unless damaged or spoiled. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received. Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it's dispatched. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they show 'Shipped' status. For fresh produce, you have a 2-hour window after order placement. To cancel, go to 'My Orders' in your account or call us at +91 98288 13881.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within Jaipur city. For areas outside the city limits like Samod and nearby regions, delivery may take 4-7 business days. Fresh produce and perishables are prioritized for delivery within 24-48 hours to ensure freshness.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders above ₹500! For orders below ₹500, a nominal delivery charge of ₹40-₹80 applies depending on your location. The exact delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
